VCYC Coach the Coach Certificated Course

We still have limited places available on the 'coach the coach' to be presented by Yachting New Zealand in Port Vila from 06 to 09 April.

The course will be presented by Andrew Clouston, the YNZ National Coaching and Development manager and consist of 3 x 2 hour theory sessions (5-7pm on 6, 7, & 8 April) followed by a practical on the water session the Saturday morning.

Candidates successfully completing the course will, depending on their age and sailing ability, be awarded a formal YNZ qualification of assistant coach, coach or senior coach.

It is important to note that this course is to teach you how to coach and not how to sail and that you do not need to be an expert sailor to participate. As such anybody, irrespective of their own sailing ability, is most welcome and encouraged to participate.

For more information, and to book your place on this course, please telephone Paul on 22909 or 7767363. You may also email Paul on paulpettitt@gmail.com

Have a great weekend sailing and I look forward to you and your friends joining in the fun at the VCYC party on Saturday night.
